Carpenè Malvolti has always used cutting-edge technology in the production of wine, from Antonio Senior, who was the first to submit Prosecco to the sparkling process, to Antonio Junior Carpenè, three generations later, who dedicated most of his life to studying new technologically advanced machinery able to work in the respect of tradition. His dedication has been recently rewarded, when he was awarded with an honorary degree for his great contribution in terms of innovation in the field of oenology.
