The "Distillato d'Uva di Prosecco" produces a delicate spirit, scented and rich in floral aromas; it is obtained distilling grape skin, pulp and juice in a single process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tasting notes  Colour: crystal clear.
Bouquet: light and fruity scent, with a delicate aroma of ripe fruit.
Taste: dry, velvety with a delicate fruity aftertaste.
Serving suggestions Taste straight and at room temperature to appreciate the fine quality. Preferably use a tulip glass. Sip to better taste even the tiniest flavour shades. Always keep the bottle well closed to preserve even the most delicate aromas
Production The Distillato d'Uva di Prosecco is obtained distilling grape skin, pulp and juice in a single process. The fermentation of grapes is carried out purely, and thanks to a long maceration, most of the aromatic components contained in the grape berries can be extracted. A discontinuous steam distillation is carried out immediately afterwards, to obtain a delicate scented spirit rich in floral aromas. The particular distillation system in vacuum steam stills allows maintaining a high concentration of perfumes and a great quantity of aromatic substances. In order to maintain the desired freshness, fine quality and fruity aroma, during this phase, the maximum temperature reached is about 65-70° (lower than the normal temperature required for the distillation of other spirits such as Grappa).
