The single-variety Prosecco Grappa is produced only from the marc of the best Prosecco grapes. The selection of fresh destemmed marc, the control of fermentation, the attention paid to the discontinuous steam distillation made exclusively in copper stills, all contribute to the rich and harmonious bouquet of the grappa.
