Produced from grapes grown in the historic areas of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, it is excellent as an aperitif and perfect with fine confectionery.
This dry sparkling wine is produced with the Charmat method. It has a very fine perlage and a soft and sweet taste.

The vineyards are on the hillsides of the historic DOCG area of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, with exposure to south/south east, at an altitude of 300/400 metres above sea level. Stratification of typical red sheeting soil, and greyish malm and clay.

Colour: straw yellow.
Bouquet: delicate and very fruity.
Taste: delicate, soft, sweet, and slightly acid.
Perlage: very fine; it guarantees a persisting flavour.
Alcoholic content: about 11% ABV, depending on the year.
