Produced from grapes grown in the historic production areas of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
An aromatic sparkling brut wine with an alcohol content of 11 degrees, produced with the Charmat or Martinotti method, elaborated for the first time by Antonio Carpenè for the Prosecco grapes in 1868.

Origin and Soil
|
The vineyards are on the hillsides of the historic DOCG area of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, with exposure to south/south east, at an altitude of 300/400 metres above sea level. Stratification of typical red sheeting soil, and greyish malm and clay. |

Colour: straw yellow with greenish nuances.
Bouquet: a very delicate scent of green apple, rich in citrus and vegetable aromas.
Taste: soft, aromatic, and slightly acid.
Perlage: very fine; it guarantees a persisting flavour.
Alcoholic content: about 11% ABV, depending on the year. |
Serving suggestions

Excellent as an aperitif, with risotto and light Mediterranean first courses, fish and white meat.
Recommended serving temperature 6-8° C. |
